Can I redeem orders in the Portal?

Do you use our Scanapp booking strategy to validate tickets and keep track of your orders? 


In case you need it/if your regular scanning method isn’t working, you can validate the ticket by going to Redeem Orders and manually inputting the barcode located below the QR code of the voucher. You can see all the orders already redeemed/scanned in Redeemed Orders.
