How can I close sales in my calendar?

The Sales Calendar feature allows you to stop sales for a certain timeslot, day, or period of time.


First, select the product you want to modify in the dropdown menu on the top right corner of your screen. Then select the date you want to close; once the day is selected, you will see the different timeslots available. If there have been no tickets sold for that timeslot, it will be closed immediately once you hit “Stop sales''. 


If you want to reopen sales, the process is the same one as described above, but you have to select “Resume sales” instead.



If there have been tickets sold for the selected date or timeslot, you will be given two options: Keep the orders and close all future sales OR refund the orders and close all future sales.


Your Account Manager will be automatically notified of any Sales Calendar changes.

If you can't use this feature, you can send us an email to closures@tiqets.com with the name of the product and dates you want to close, and we will take care of it.
