How can I change the availability of my existing products?

If you're connected to our system via an API, you should in most cases be able to change the availability in your system and it will update Tiqets directly. If that's not the case, you can click on "Sales Calendar" in the menu on the left side of the portal. Using the Sales Calendar, you can stop sales and refund existing orders for specific days or timeslots. You can also continue sales on dates where you already stopped sales.
We're currently working on the option to make changes to the number of tickets available on a day or timeslot, which will be ready soon. Until then, please inform of any required changes.
